Everyone needs touch- it is fundamental to our good health. Massage therapy provides stress relief, flushes the body of toxins, relieves pain and gives a feeling of well-being. My massage style is based on your needs, whether they be pain relief or relaxation. I am trained in deep tissue, Swedish, Shiatsu, Integrative, and Healing Touch energy work. I use a combination of these in my session with you, as well as sounding when my intuition indicates it. Often, I suggest stretches to help you keep your body in working order.
